I grew up in Western Sydney with a career in IT as an engineer, where I worked long hours hunched over my desk. But the years of physical injuries, stress, depression and anxiety finally caught up with me.

I started practising yoga over a decade ago and couldn’t believe the incredible transformation. I went from sore, anxious and depressed… to turning my mental and physical health upside down. I opened One Big Heart in 2015 and we’ve helped thousands of people build a stronger mind and body, all using the healing power of yoga.
